Disasters seem to happen most often when you are unprepared. Consequently, they give you a sensation of being hit by a tsunami. After the sudden blow, you are knocked out, simply lying empty handed, too bare and too cold to cry out for help. Even if you have the strength to do so, there is no one around to help. No one can help you overcome the inner disaster that you just encountered.
